When you purchase products from us we will use your personal information on the basis that it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you

If you contact us via the website or call customer services we will use your personal information on the basis that it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you where your query relates to a product you have bought from us.

Our legal basis for sharing your personal information with our card payment processor and finance company is that it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you.

Our legal basis for sharing your personal information with the other organisations set out above is that it is in our legitimate interests to do this to run our business effectively and to provide the best customer experience to you.

We do not transfer your personal information outside of the EEA. Should we choose to transfer your personal information in the future, we will update this policy with our legal basis for doing so.
